Moreover, after one year, Kobe’s wife Vanessa remembered the two on their first death anniversary. She also revealed that she received a letter from Aubrey, Gianna’s best friend on the same occasion. In the letter to Vanessa, Aubrey revealed that she would want her daughter to be like Gianna. Moreover, she said, “If I ever become a mother, I hope my daughter turns out exactly as yours did. [Gianna’s] love of life is something I admire endlessly … She would smile up the rest of the world.”
