Richard Brown, a psychologist, wrote in Psychology Today that it’s normal to lose your motivation, drive, or path sometimes, but that you shouldn’t let that define or overwhelm you. Instead, he suggests 5 things that can turn any situation.

Find out what’s going wrong

Brown says it’s important to know why you’re stuck and how you got there. The goal isn’t to just treat the symptoms, but to find out why you’re stuck so you can figure out what to do to get out of it. that point, and not to use it again in the future.
