Former US President Bill Clinton has been hospitalized due to a non-COVID-related infection. As per his spokesperson, he has been hospitalized in Irvine, California. Moreover, his spokesperson Angel Urena said, “On Tuesday evening, President Clinton was admitted to UCI Medical Center to receive treatment for a non-COVID-related infection. He is on the mend, in good spirits, and is incredibly thankful to doctors, nurses, and staff providing him with excellent care.”

Bill Clinton Is Responding To Medicines Well

Clinton’s physicians, Dr. Alpesh Amin and Dr. Lisa Bardack revealed that the former President is doing fine and is responding to the medicines well. Clinton was in California on Clinton Foundation business and felt unwell. He decided to get hospitalized where he was diagnosed with a urological infection. Moreover, his physicians said, “He remains at the hospital for continuous monitoring. After two days of treatment, his white blood cell count is trending down and he is responding to antibiotics well.”

Clinton’s New York Team In Constant Touch With California Medical Team

Dr. Amin and Dr. Bardack are constantly in touch with his medical team in New York. They have also contacted his cardiologist for the same. Moreover, they said, “The California-based medical team has been in constant communication with the President’s New York-based medical team, including his cardiologist. We hope to have him go home soon.”
