As per the statement from Hochul’s office, ‘Vaccine Rates Increased Considerably Over Last Four Weeks — 92% of Nursing Home Staff Compliant as of Monday Evening, Up from 71%’. Moreover, she said, “This new information shows that holding firm on the vaccine mandate for health care workers is simply the right thing to do to protect our vulnerable family members and loved ones from COVID-19.”

As per the data from John Hopkins, one out of every 320 people in Mississippi have died due to COVID.
