Daily COVID Cases Exceed 500 Again in San Diego as Delta Variant Circulates

San Diego County Health Authority 521 new COVID-19 cases reported 3,465 on Wednesday and in the last 7 days as the new Delta strain infects unvaccinated individuals.

The total number of cases per day exceeded 100 on 6 July and has remained high since then, exceeding 500 in 3 of the last 7 days.
