Alec Baldwin’s life has turned upside down ever since he accidentally killed a woman on the sets of his movie Rust. He was given a prop gun but he was unaware that it was loaded with bullets. He misfired and it fatally hit the cinematographer of the movie, Halyna Hutchins. Moreover, the director also got injured due to the same incident. Baldwin’s first daughter Ireland has expressed her support for her father as well as the family of Halyna. He said, “My love and support go to Halnya Hutchins’ family and friends. Sending healing thoughts to Joel Souza. And wishing I could hug my dad extra tight today.”
Halyna Hutchins’ Husband Breaks His Silence
Halyna Hutchins’ husband Matthew also broke his silence on the death of his wife. He did not show any anger towards Alec Baldwin. In fact, he appreciated Baldwin for being supportive during such a difficult time. He said, “I have spoken with Alec Baldwin and he is being very supportive.” Matthew and Halyna have an 8-year-old son. Alec is shocked but is cooperating with the police for the investigation. The production of the movie has been stopped for now.
