In the scandal, they tried to get admission for Olivia and her sister through bribing and false practice. Moreover, they were eventually found to be guilty and sentenced to imprisonment. However, she revealed she couldn’t understand why people were mad at them.

Jada Pinkett‘s mother recently talked about the Red Table Talk episode with Olivia Jade. Banfield-Norris was frustrated that Olivia was not in touch with the news and current affairs. Jada Pinkett Smith’s mother was not happy with how Olivia knew nothing about the world and current affairs. Moreover, she said, “I heard people make comments, like, ‘Well, kids don’t watch the news.’ Please. The news on TV is not the only place where you understand what’s going on with the world and if you think that then you’re old! Because young people are not relying on the news — my generation is not relying on the news. I’m on my phone, on social media all the time.”

During the course of the episode, Jada’s mother got really upset with Olivia. She was particularly angry about the privilege she enjoyed as a white person. Moreover, she said during the episode, “Do you understand why different people in the community would be upset? Do you have any understanding of why I would be upset at your being here and what you all did and the harm that it caused?”

Jada’s Mother Is Frustrated With Racism

Jada’s mother was not happy that Olivia chose three black women to redeem herself. She said, “I think for me, it’s like there is so much violent dehumanization that the Black community has to go through on a daily basis.”
