On Friday, the shuttle bus runs on the same schedule as the train. It runs every 15 minutes from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and every 20 minutes at other times.
The Metro recommended that passengers plan their commute with extra time in mind.
According to the metro, regular C-line rail service will continue between Norwalk and Lakewood stations, and passengers will transfer to the bus shuttle to continue their journey from Vermont / Athens to Redondo Beach Station.
For those planning to travel to Los Angeles International Airport, LAX Shuttle G, operated by Los Angeles World Airport, will continue to operate regular flights from regular air / LAX station stops. Other options for LAX include Metrolines 102, 111, 117, and 232.
