Luxe Salon and Spa has hit twice in the last six months instead of once.
“It was a very bad year for me to come back after the pandemic and be robbed twice in a row,” said Salon Manager Christina del Rio. “It has a huge impact on our business and our employees.”
Knowing that two of the suspects involved in these crimes have been detained, they are breathing a little easier.
“We’re really happy to hear that, and I hope they get everything else,” Del Rio said.
On Wednesday morning, Fresno police issued four search warrants in connection with the robbery and arrested Richard Savara and Cheryl Rosoya.

“We issued a search warrant and in each of these locations we were able to find evidence linked to many other robbers,” said Lieutenant Tim Titchen.
One of the search warrants was in N. Harrison’s storage facility, where the suspect was storing stolen goods. The other was at Alluvial’s suspect’s house.
“Everything reported stolen is there and piled up in their homes.” I believe this was a business, posted on social media, Craigslist, and selling products. ” Lieutenant Tietjen added.
He took off when police attempted to arrest a third suspect, Victor Baeza, at his home in Minaret.
“He is our main character,” added Tietjen. “He is the mastermind behind all that.”
In the last few months, the Pinedale robbery crew has stolen thousands of dollars of goods from companies across Fresno. It was a hit many times in some places. Now with your help, the police want to find and arrest Baeza.
“This case is serious and we believe that commercial robbery will be significantly reduced after these individuals are detained,” Tietjen said.
If you have any information about Baeza, please contact the Fresno Police Department.
