A source from the show revealed that Tyra asked the team to aim higher and look for more prominent stars. Moreover, the source also told that Tyra was not a fan of the show and did not like it. She took to Twitter to share her thoughts regarding the same. Moreover, she said, “Good to know @tyrabanks has clumped me in her no more housewives mandate on @DancingABC. Also good to know-their casting director Deena, who I ❤️ have asked me to be on that show cinema in the last decade.” Later she deleted the tweet and explained that as well. She tweeted, “I deleted that last post Bc I like & have a great relationship with Deena Katz from #DWTS. If @tyrabanks wants to come on my podcast, she is welcome anytime as she has built a successful brand on her own in her way.”

Tyra Banks realised that the rumour was going out of proportion and decided to act immediately. Her publicist put out a statement on her behalf where she cleared the dishes regarding the same. Moreover, the statement read, “As a businesswoman, why would she say anything against the ‘Housewives’? She has nothing to do with the casting.”
