Spanish national police arrested 22-year-old Joseph O’Connor on behalf of US authorities. O’Connor was charged with a total of 10 counts.

Clark was accused of being the “mastermind” behind Twitter’s hack and pleaded guilty in exchange for three years in prison.

It was not immediately clear whether O’Connor had a legal representative.

Mason Shepherd, who lives in the United Kingdom, and Nima Fazeli, who lives in Florida, were also arrested on suspicion of their role in hacking.
