San Francisco Mayor London Breed Faces Criticism For Violating Mask Mandate
San Francisco Mayor London Breed has come under the limelight for violating the mask mandate issued in her city. A video has gone viral wherein Breed is seen dancing in an indoor club without wearing the mask. The club was fairly crowded with the majority of people not following the mask mandate. Tony! Toni! Toné! members Raphael Saadiq and D’Wayne Wiggins were performing and Breed was busy flouting COVID rules and dancing to the tunes. When asked about violating the rule, Breed said, “I got up and started dancing because I was feeling the spirit and I wasn’t thinking about a mask.”

Therefore, she had to take the mask off while eating and drinking. Moreover, she said, “I’m not going to sip and put my mask on, sip and put my mask on, sip and put my mask on. Don’t Need To Be Micromanaged About Wearing Mask, Says London Breed
San Francisco and neighboring cities in California currently require people to wear masks in indoor settings irrespective of their vaccination status. Beed thinks the authorities don’t need to micromanage people for wearing masks. She said, “Make sure you are vaccinated because of the requirements but don’t feel as though you have to be micromanaged about mask-wearing.”
